HTFC are looking to add a Performance Analyst to work with the 1st team squad.

Hungerford Town FC currently play in the Vanarama National League South, Step 2. This is
the highest level of football the club has competed at in it’s history. As things are improving
off the pitch we are looking to improve on it also with the addition of the following role to
our 1st team staff. We are looking for an individual to take full ownership of the role and
work closely with the 1st team manager.

PLEASE NOTE:This position will be on a voluntary basis and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience for a future full time role in football.

PERFORMANCE ANALYST
HTFC are looking to add a performance analyst to work with the 1st team squad. Reporting
to the 1st team manager and working with the support of our sports therapist and our strength, conditioning & fitness coach.

The successful candidate must have a passion for football and excellent communication
skills. An ability to make decisions and work independently is essential. Must be available for training on Tuesday & Thursday evenings and match days on Saturday.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• At least working towards an analysis type qualification in a relevant subject.
SKILLS, QUALITIES and KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to working patterns of semi professional football
• Experience and knowledge of video editing software
• Able to work in a professional and responsible manner
• Innovative and able to bring change
• Able to travel independently preferable
• Maintain appropriate work related boundaries in relation to social media and
confidentiality
