Condolences to Wilf Tranter

Everyone at Hungerford Town is saddened to hear that our former manager Wilf Tranter passed away in his sleep on Saturday night.
Former Manchester United, Brighton and Fulham player, Wilf was manager of Hungerford between 1992 and 1993 and also coached at Swindon Town and managed at Witney Town and Banbury United.
Whilst manager of Hungerford Wilf also oversaw the refurbishment of the old changing rooms leaving a 20 year legacy at the club.
We send our sincere condolences to Wilf's family and friends. RIP Wilf, a true Crusader.
