Mick was instrumental as Secretary, along with his brother Peter, in setting up the club's first ever Supporters Club in 1955 and he went on to be both programme editor and match day announcer during the 1960s and 1970s. Mick moved down to the south coast in later years but remained a keen supporter and was an avid reader of anything Hungerford related in the Non League paper. He will be fondly remembered by all those who knew him.
Our sincere condolences to his son Simon, brother Peter (who still attends most home games to this day) and all family and friends. A minutes silence was held in Mick's memory at the club's AGM earlier this week.
