Salisbury City have lost their Appeal against the Football Conference decision to exclude them from membership of the Competition and will now line up in the Premier Division in place of Weston-Super-Mare who will continue to compete in Conference South after being reprieved. Hemel Hempstead Town have been reinstated in the Premier Division after Merthyr Tydfil were relegated because they are still in administration.
