The Crusaders have appointed Nottingham based Daryl Glover to lead Hungerford Town to the Premier League in Sega's Football Manager 2018 game released today.

Each year Sega release their latest edition of Football Manager which allows you to take control of the club of your choice world wide and take them to glory. As of last years promotion to the National League South, Hungerford Town now feature on the game and being in the lowest league to take control of clubs, this becomes of great interest to gamers all over the world.

Daryl is a Football Manager lover and YouTuber and has offered to create a YouTube series of taking Hungerford to the Premier League, which we duly accepted.

This will bring much needed exposure to Hungerford Town and we wish Darren all the best in his conquest.

Daryl gave his own message to Hungerford Town supporters:

Hey Guys I’m DazzaFM a Football Manager lover and YouTuber, I have played Football Manager for many years now but only recently started YouTubing it and have loved every minute of it so far. When I contacted Hungerford saying I’m looking to manage you for a YouTube series for my channel I couldn’t believe the response from them and now I cant wait to start and take you to the Premier League (I Hope) turns out I’m not just a massive Leicester fan but now a supporter of Hungerford too. I will be down after Christmas to show my support to the team, I wont be the manager that day I promise. Having my own channel producing this content is brilliant and so much fun the Football Manager community love seeing these real team getting involved and we cant thank Hungerford enough.
